Ate Teves Mark II Brake Pump Rebuild Kit

The Teves Mk. II system by Ate was a highly advanced braking system for its day. The use of an electronic pump replaced the use of a traditional vacuum booster. Unfortunately when cars with this system are not maintained, the pump can leak brake fluid or cease building pressure.

With this kit you will be able to replace all the commonly failed parts of your Teves brake pump. When rust forms or debris enters the pump, it will not be able to generate its maximum pressure. This can be one cause of your pump always running, or loss of braking performance, including total loss of the rear brakes. All o-rings are included and are rated for brake fluid contact. New steel pump parts are included for those with broken or rusted pump internals.

This rebuild kit includes all the common wear items on the Teves pump. You will receive the following parts:

• Two pump ball bearings
• Motor gasket
• Inlet o-ring
• Sensor o-ring
• Filter basket o-ring
• Accumulator o-ring
• Fasteners
• Motor coupler
• Pump separator plate
• Genuine Ate rebuild grease

This kit is suitable for the Mark II system only. It is easily identified by a metallic body with two hoses and a spherical pressure accumulator. It was used on a wide range of 80s/90s cars including the following:
